Meet The Chef

Chef Brandon Clark is an Atlanta native whose culinary style is shaped by a lifetime of regional influences—Southern soul, Detroit comfort, Texas BBQ, and the bold Cajun flavors of Louisiana. His passion for cooking began early while assisting his Uncle Chuck’s catering business, where he first discovered the joy of crafting memorable food through technique and creativity.

Though he initially pursued Criminal Justice at Prairie View A&M University, Brandon’s love for the kitchen never faded. After years working in law enforcement, telecommunications, and other fields, he continued to cook for friends, coworkers, and gatherings—quietly sharpening the skills that would later define his culinary career.

During the COVID‑19 pandemic, Brandon decided to fully embrace his calling. He began meal prepping, offering private chef services, and immersing himself in real-world culinary training. His professional kitchen journey included working at notable establishments such as the Google Building in downtown Atlanta, as well as with acclaimed teams under chefs Alex Hitz and Marcus Samuelsson, whose influence helped refine his technique and standards. He later joined the fine-dining programs at Little Sparrow and Bar Blanc under the renowned Rocket Farm Restaurants group, experiences that elevated both his craft and culinary perspective.

Today, Chef Brandon has stepped into his own vision with the launch of Nomadica Cuisines—a culinary brand built around global exploration, pop-ups, supper clubs, and private dining experiences. Through Nomadica Cuisines, he blends travel-inspired flavors with Southern roots to create dishes that are vibrant, personal, and unforgettable.

His mission is simple: honor tradition, explore boldly, and let the ingredients speak—guided by the philosophy that “Mother Nature is the true artist.”
